Family Dispute Resolution endeavors to help separating couples reach agreements that are in the best interest of their children. It also encourages separating couples to parent cooperatively. Parenting Plans or agreements are used to assist in this process.
A round table conference is an informal settlement negotiation, which can involve the assistance of an accredited mediator or facilitator or may just involve the parties and their legal representatives or other support people.
